Before I was a REALTOR®, I was actually a hairdresser. The thing I loved about my old job was my ability to connect with people and bring a smile to their face. When I stepped away from the salon, it was important to me to pursue a career that wasn’t just another job, but could still allow me to connect with people and help them. In everything I do, I strive to be helpful to others, and I hope for the opportunity to prove so to you as your real estate agent.
They say that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. My passion is to provide quality service that shows not only my heart and passion for my clients, but also my knowledge base.
Through the entire process, I will be in communication with you and strive to make things as stress-free as possible. My goal is to make the process as easy as possible for you. From explaining the process and answering your questions, to recommending vendors for the various aspects of the process, I’m the professional on your team from start to finish. Before real estate, Tiffany worked as a hairstylist and educator, where she developed a passion for helping others feel confident and informed; skills that now define her service as an agent. Outside of real estate, Tiffany is a green belt in karate, passionate about reading and writing, actively learning new languages, and a proud dog mom to her yorkie, Rampion. My services walk you through the entire transaction to not only help navigate negotiations and contracts, but to help you stay on the projected timelines path, and combat any issues that may come up along the way. My attitude is “everything is figure-it-outable,” so when a deal looks like it might fall apart, I will be there by your side searching for a solution.
Secondly, I have connection with a variety of vendors who are trusted professionals that can assist with any home buying or selling need. From lenders and title companies, to inspectors and contractors, cleaners, and even a recommendation for a good local salon or dentist. I hope to be more than just your agent, but also your friend.
Lastly, there are so many things to consider when buying and/or selling. I have systems in place to help make sure nothing is forgotten or neglected, and resources that help make one of life’s biggest transactions to be less stressful for you. Bottom line: I’m your home girl.
